Juicy grilled steak, sliced thin and served in warm corn tortillas with fresh toppings. A street taco favorite!

  • • 1 1/2 lbs flank or skirt steak
  • • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • • 1 tsp cumin
  • • 1 tsp chili powder
  • • 1 tsp salt
  • • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • • 8-10 corn tortillas
  • • Toppings: diced onion, cilantro, salsa, lime wedges

In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, jalapeño, cilantro, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Marinate steak in mixture for at least 1 hour (up to overnight).
Preheat grill to high. Grill steak 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Rest steak 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
Warm tortillas and fill with steak and desired toppings.
